Please contact us within 2 weeks after receiving your package to discuss the possibility of a return or exchange.

Please do not send back any packages before contacting us first.

We do not refund or exchange Custom Orders.
In the case of receiving the wrong package please contact us and we will rectify the situation and the proper package will be sent to you.
Please be mindful that refunds are only viable in certain scenarios. When a refund is requested, please contact us through our ‘Contact Us” page. Feel free to email us or leave a message in the available boxes. Any and all concerns or questions will be answered in a respectable amount of time following the email. Please do not ship any products back thinking a refund will be applicable to you. Please contact us first, as we will not be reimbursing anyone without contacting us. Once we are contacted, we will begin to assess the situation to determine whether a refund can be applied.

All Custom Orders are silhouettes designed and manufactured only for you. Therefore we cannot refund or exchange any custom products. If there is a situation where the silhouette has a defect or any damage. Please contact us by sending us an email or by using the “Contact Us” page on our website to discuss any questions or concerns regarding a silhouette that you have ordered and received. Once in contact with us, we will begin to assess the situation to determine whether a refund can be applied. We charge a custom design fee of $50 that is not refundable if the result of the situation concludes with a refund. Please do not send back any products thinking you will be refunded. Please contact us first.
Any products shipped back are the responsibility of the customer. Customers are responsible for any and all shipping payments that are necessary.
Any products that are shipped back must also be shipped back in the original packaging.
Please write on the package that it is a “RETURNED ITEM”.
