What material is used to construct our silhouettes?

• Our silhouettes are constructed out of 6MM matte black Acrylic material. 

 

What is the shipping time for Non-Custom orders?

• We strive to get your silhouette to you within 7-14 business days from when you place your order.

 

What is the shipping time for Custom Design orders?

• With custom orders, our team hyper fixates on every detail to ensure that the silhouette you receive is identical to the description or image that you provide us with. The processing time in which it takes us to design and create your custom order takes 4-7 business days. We strive to get your silhouette packaged and shipped to you within 7-14 business days once your silhouette is physically created.

Can I hang these silhouettes outdoors?

• We advise that you do not display these acrylic silhouettes outside as we do NOT supply the proper equipment to safely hang or display these pieces in outdoor environments. We strongly advise that you DO NOT display our silhouettes that are equipped with LED’s outdoors because the electrical components that we provide are NOT waterproof and can cause damage or potentially harm if placed in wet and harsh environments. 

 

Refunds and Exchanges? 

• Please contact us within 2 weeks after receiving your package to discuss the possibility of a return or exchange.

• Please do not send back any packages before contacting us first. 

• We do not refund or exchange Custom Orders. 

 

In the case of receiving the wrong package please contact us and we will rectify the situation and the proper package will be sent to you.

 

Please be mindful that refunds are only viable in certain scenarios. When a refund is requested, please contact us through our ‘Contact Us” page. Feel free to email us or leave a message in the available boxes. Any and all concerns or questions will be answered in a respectable amount of time following the email. Please do not ship any products back thinking a refund will be applicable to you. Please contact us first, as we will not be reimbursing anyone without contacting us. Once we are contacted, we will begin to assess the situation to determine whether a refund can be applied.
